We are a 36-unit complex featuring the “Best backyard on the beach”, it’s a grassy backyard to relax and enjoy. Our backyard boasts a grill house, kiddie pool, hot tub, sun deck, and year-round heated swimming pool.
The seawall is the perfect spot to photograph the incredible spectacle of our sunsets, or drink a cocktail to the beauty of the emerald coast.
Walk from your unit across the backyard and directly onto the sugar white beach. No elevators, no crowds, no sharing a beach with 2000 other vacationers. You are close to attractions, dining and activities, but far away from the crowds and the noise. Great for couples or families.
Each of our condos are individually owned, and they are rented through various management companies.
